Angie Main spent 17 years at a senior leader level within Financial Services majoring in large scale MarComms , Channel Development and Employee Engagement activity before moving to support a wider range of sectors and now operates as an independent interim . Angie says her heart lies simply with helping people understand and adopt new ways of working . Angie has been supporting Barclaycards Agile Transformation Programme for the last 18 months . Servant Leadership is a proposition developed on behalf of Barclaycard but applicable industry wide and Angies latest deliverable . When she's not doing the stuff above Angie is to be found at home in Northumberland lighthouse spotting , volunteering to eat cake ( contact the elderly ) or working on her latest project ' North by North East ' a virtual film festival .
