Abstract: | The proposed formula for bridging the gender gap will highlight key agile techniques: team communication, raising awareness of issues loudly and implementing solutions holistically throughout the company in incremental stages. Further, the topics discussed and group activities will be largely dependent on education all areas of diversity, whether this is socio-economic, race and ethnicity, as well as gender. | ||
