Klaus Marquardt is software architect at Dräger Medical AG in Lübeck, Germany. Since 1993 he has been working on OO projects in different roles, like engineer, architect, team leader, mentor and consultant. His experiences cover product line and plug-in architectures, introducing OO into an organization, and a wide range of technologies from distributed systems to hard realtime control.
His main interests are people, linking different worlds and views, patterns, agile processes, and looking for further interests. You can meet him at EuroPLoP or other conferences on object technology.
