I'm Laurie Young, and I'm interested in improving the way business and technology works together.
I believe any organisation will see huge improvements if they improve their understanding of the links and challenges between these two vital areas. Typically the business side doesn't understand what technology is really capable of, how to get the best out of it, or how to work with a technology team. Meanwhile the technology side is often unaware of the business drivers behind what they are doing, and so miss many simple and easy opportunities to add to the business.
I've got a deep background in technology (including a PhD in computer science) and have many years experience working as a Scrum Master with a variety of businesses to build bespoke software designed to further their specific needs.
