Abstract:Are you overwhelmed by fear of uncertainty when it comes to delivering on your promises? Are you kept awake at night by an endless stream of troubling thoughts? Do you doubt yourself and those around you?

In this highly interactive workshop, we will share with you the concept and practice of Mindful Agile and how it can help you overcome the seemingly insurmountable challenges you face so that instead of having mind that is constantly full, you can live a more effective life through mindfulness.

Join us to learn about what mindfulness is, its benefits and practice techniques such as breathing and observational exercises as well as visualisation in order to become more effective in managing stressful situations during your Agile transformation and in your everyday life.

You will learn also how Mindful Agile forms the foundation in developing people so that you will feel energised and able to apply what you learned back at work.
