Abstract: | There are countless suggestions for activities to liven up retrospectives that you can find in a number of books and webpages.They are all (probably) useful in a certain context - but when should one use which one? Obviously people use gut feeling and common sense, but it would be nice, if there were a few guidelines. This session aims at working towards this. The outcomes will be collected and evaluated towards creating a collection of "retrospective activities" that not only describe the "how"- but also the "why" of these activities. | ||

Process: | A hands-on session to analyse different retrospective activities and why and when they work. The participants will work together in groups of 2-4 to analyse some retrospective activities and answer questions such as: - what problem does this "activity" solve? - are there specific contexts where this "activity" works better than others? - what are the benefits, limitations and liabilities of using this "activity"? | ||
