Abstract: | How can we manage Agile in a business-to-business world? How do can customers procure software changes and additions before they know what they want? This session is a case study on how Sony Professional has worked with a major broadcaster in an agile way. The aim is to share the experience, lessons learnt and discover if any attendees have worked in similar ways on other projects. The session will include a break out into small groups for discussion and then gathering of those thoughts and seeing how they relate to my own experience. | ||
