Workshop process
- Started a bit late, caught up time, slightly modified the planned timetable
- Poster groups did not get to real closure, but everyone had fun and a lot of discussion
Topics we worked on
- A: Domain modelling is just Logical Entity Modelling (SSADM)
- B: Java is just a fad, like Smalltalk before it, I've been programming like that for years
- C: It's all dataflow really
- D: Ruby is the new COBOL - everyone can understand them (and Java is the same)
Slogans we generated
- A: The code is a dark force - Domain models are the light
- B: Java for toasters ... but is it Toast?
- C: How many methods does it take to prove it's all just data flow?
- D: Ruby est le nouveau COBOL - Readable code, Reporting, Business intelligence
Posters we drew
- Will try to photograph them, but this is unlikely to work - too much content
