Accessibility

The venue is wheelchair-accessible. There is a lift, no steps, and the front and back door are all smooth. In case of emergency the staff will help with access.

There is a wheelchair-accessible toilet.

All toilets are gender-neutral; there are no female/male signs. There are 5 toilets in total, including the wheelchair-accessible toilet.

Guide dogs are welcome and we will provide water.

We do not offer live captioning as most sessions are interactive and often involve working in small groups. We can provide a BSL interpreter.

Getting here

Located in the heart of London’s West End, just a few moments walk from Covent Garden, the venue is easy to reach by public transport and is located near a wide range of hotels.

Once you are in Southampton Street, just look out for the very distinctive clock over the doorway to the The Davidson Building.

When you have signed in with security, please head up to the first floor where the conference will take place.
